Club Maintenance Requirements
After establishing your chapter for Project Smile Global, here are the guidelines to keep your chapter active, impactful, and on track.

What’s expected of every chapter
Meeting these requirements ensures your chapter stays in good standing with Project Smile Global and continues making an impact.
Stay connected with Project Smile Global through regular check-ins with your regional Community Outreach Ambassador and semi-annual virtual meetings. We may also request photos and media from your chapter to showcase your impact. Staying in touch helps us support your chapter and keep it in good standing.
Maintain Clear Communication
Each chapter is expected to raise a minimum of $800 per year. Get creative: local grants, bake sales, car washes, and community fundraisers are all great options to hit your goal.
Fundraising
Create an Instagram Account
Create an Instagram account to post updates on your chapter’s activities! Make sure your username follows this format:
@projectsmile{CITYNAME}
e.g. @projectsmilesf for San Francisco
Optional: We highly encourage you to create a website for your chapter as well!
Annual Summit
Attend the annual virtual Project Smile Global Summit alongside other chapter leaders from around the world. This is a great opportunity to connect, share learnings, and plan for the year ahead.
